Natasha’s commission began with a broken costume ring. The brief was to remake it in white gold with an aquamarine center, keeping its ornamental character while bringing the proportions down from the original.
A blue center, a delicate surround and an open gallery give the piece its character. The project began with something she already knew, then found its new form through custom design.
